The Board of Directors meets the second Friday of the month at the Santa Cruz METRO offices, 110 Vernon Street, Santa Cruz, California, and on the fourth Friday of each month in the Santa Cruz City Council Chambers, 809 Center Street, Santa Cruz, California.
