The Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District is governed by an eleven member board, plus one ex-officio member from UCSC. These individuals are listed below:

The Board of Directors meets the second Friday of the month at the Santa Cruz METRO offices, 370 Encinal Street, Suite 100, Santa Cruz, California, and on the fourth Friday of each month in the Santa Cruz City Council Chambers, 809 Center Street, Santa Cruz, California.
