Fall 2007 Service Changes |
The UCSC Fall quarter starts September 24, 2007.Route 19 - University via Lower Bay
Route 19 weekend service, which was revised for summer traffic conditions, has been restored. Mid-day trips return to serving the Beach Hill area; however departures will remain at :50 after-the-hour.
The Route 27X is a new school-term route that serves limited stops between Pacific Station and UCSC. This is experimental service subject to change and therefore is not listed in Headways.San Lorenzo Valley School-Term Service:
Routes 33 & 34 have been modified so that all trips start and/or end at Felton Faire. All outbound school-term ("ST") trips of the Route 35 have also been modified to start at Felton Faire. All timepoints at SLVHS have remained unchanged for these routes.Amtrak Highway 17 Service:
The Route 17 weekday and weekend timetables have been revised in both directions to improve connections at Diridon Station in San Jose. Notable changes are the removal of the 11:40am weekday inbound trip, and the addition of 4 weekend trips: Northbound 2:00pm & 5:50pm trips, and Southbound 3:25pm & 6:55pm trips. Please note there are now some weekend trips that do not serve Cavallaro Transit Center in Scotts Valley.
Minor timepoint adjustments have been made. The departure and arrival times have not changed.
The Route 68 weekend service, which was revised for summer traffic conditions, returns to serving lower Ocean Street and San Lorenzo Boulevard. Weekday service remains unchanged.Route 68N - Beach Night
The Route 68N weekend service, which was revised for summer traffic conditions, returns to serving Beach Street, 3rd Street, San Lorenzo Blvd. and lower Ocean Street. Weekday service remains unchanged.Route 71 - Watsonville/Santa Cruz
The daily 11:35pm trip of the Route 71 that served the Boardwalk to Pacific Station during the summer has been discontinued. The last evening trip to Watsonville departs Pacific Station at 11:45pm.Route 88 - Armory Shuttle
The Route 88 is scheduled to resume November 15th and run through April 15th 2008. This service is contingent upon funding received from participating agencies.
