Tenant Space Available

The Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District (METRO) leases retail space at the following transit centers:

  • Watsonville Transit Center, 475 Rodriquez Street, Watsonville, California 95076
  • Pacific Station, 920 Pacific Avenue, Santa Cruz, California 95060
  • Bart Cavallaro Transit Center, 246 Kings Village Road, Scotts Valley, CA 95066

METRO will be requesting proposals from tenant-proposers to lease retail space for the following transit locations during 2012:

A Request for Proposal (RFP) is available for all interested applicants from February 1 - March 2, 2012
