The Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District (METRO) leases retail space at the following transit centers:

  • Pacific Station, 920 Pacific Avenue, Santa Cruz, California 95060
  • Watsonville Transit Center, 475 Rodriquez Street, Watsonville, California 95076
  • Bart Cavallaro Transit Center, 246 Kings Village Road, Scotts Valley, CA 95066

Santa Cruz METRO is currently requesting proposals from tenant-proposers to lease retail space for the following transit locations during 2013:

 

 Pacific Station:

Kiosk Space Available for Lease as of June 1, 2013

 

Watsonville Transit Center:

Two Kiosk Spaces Currently Available for Lease
