To inquire about and claim lost & found items, call Customer Service during Business Hours.

• Lost items may be claimed only during Customer Service Business hours.
• Lost & Found items are NOT released by Security personnel after Customer Service hours.
• Lost bicycles can be claimed directly from Security personnel.
• Legal photo Identification is required for all claims

Please Note: Operators or information staff will not use bus radios to check on lost items, except in extreme emergencies.
