To inquire about and claim lost & found items:

  • Call Customer Service during business hours or submit a Lost & Found Report
  • Lost items may be claimed ONLY during Customer Service business hours.
  • Lost & Found items are NOT released by Security personnel after Customer Service business hours.
  • Lost bicycles can be claimed directly from Security personnel.
  • Legal photo Identification is required for all claims
  • METRO Bus Operators and staff will NOT use bus radios to check on lost items, except in extreme emergencies.
